Where the courses are held

In house training courses.


The courses are in house training  so they can be held where you choose - at   your office or somewhere you hire - it is for you to make the arrangements.  For  a course it is best to try to get somewhere away from the actual desk or office  if possible. The users will need a computer or laptop with program installed and it is also helpful to have a projector (but not essential). A whiteboard or flipchart  would also be useful.

"Pop up" or "hot desk" training


"Pop up" or "hot desk" training is informal and quick. It is done anywhere! It could be at your desk, a room in your office, in a coffee shop  or a room hired in a city for an hour etc. We  meet somewhere convenient. So. maybe a coffee  shop near a train station in the town or city nearest to you. Th e idea is to meet somewhere informal and outside a classic course type place. It is especially suitable for small organsiations.

Presentations or demonstrations


These are a type of  in house training  so they can be held where you choose - at    your office or somewhere you hire - it is for you to make the arrangements.  For this type of training though - basically where the software is shown to a group then there has to be a room with a projector and somewhere for the image (a blank wall or board etc.) to be shown.  A whiteboard or  flipchart  would also be useful. People do not need a computer with this type of training as they are watching the demonstration.

From your desk training courses


You can do some training without leaving your office or desk! You access materials from a website of ours and download those but you also access our computer which has the program installed on it and run the program on our computer. We have installed "log me in" software and we send you the joining details - you are then guided on how to use the program.  You need access to the internet.

Public courses   - at our place

The demand for this type of training was very low both for in London and out of London. As a result we will not be running these courses in the forseeable future but we do keep this under review. For that reason we now run the "Pop Up" and "at your desk" training courses. We will also be running the online courses.
