Questions about paying for the course.

Refunds - Public Courses


If you cancel - full refunds are given at any stage up to 15 days before the course starts. We are not able to give refunds if you cancel after that deadline but we aim to try to get you onto another course if there is space. Even if there is no other space we will send you all the course materials and you have a right to the course support provision - and you can get online support from us. Your organisation can send anyone onto the course so it may be best to try to substitute a delegate who can't make that day.

If we cancel - full refunds are given without any administrative charge if we cancel the course or if you prefer can come onto another course. All course materials will be sent to you and you will get online support without any charge if we cancel. Unfortunately, we are not able to pay refunds for travel expenses incurred. If we are to cancel a course we aim to give as much notice as possible. However we will compensate your organisation for the loss by reductions in fees for other courses or distance support training.


Refunds - In house courses

If you commission an in house training course and cancel it then different refunds apply - as we may have turned other work down to do your course and incurred expenses we reserve the right to charge the cost of the training course if you cancel it. If you want to re-arrange it then we may invoice you for the cost of the course.

If we cancel the course we will rearrange it and may offer you a discount if it is at short notice. We also reserve the right to offer a suitable replacement trainer or training organisation.
