The charge is for the whole course. So if you get 10 people on the course the and the course charge is £399 you will be charged £399. If you get 16 people on your course and the course charge is £399 you will be charged £399.

 
Pop up training is an informal quick training session. It can happen in a coffee shop or at your desk or in meeting room in your office or in hired meeting room - wherever - it is a  personal training session - wherever you want the course. Pop up training is an individual personal meeting so it is a per head charge.  At the moment that is £99 per head. It is aimed at organisations who have one or two people using the program. We arrange to meet you somewhere convenient - it could be a coffee shop near a station and we talk for a about an hour or so. But there are pre-meeting materials or some sort of pre-meeting emails or chats. It is also possible for you to  use the program on one of our computers;  working on the program over the internet. We monitor and discuss it with you on the phone or via the computer.  This session; the meeting and any other support is limited to about 2 hours. If you want another person involved then there will be a per head charge. Although intended for 1 person the maxmum number of 3 people for this session. Contact to discuss. 

The maximum number is 16 for courses but there is no minimum number so if most people are sick we can still go ahead with one or two and we will adapt the training course. For the "coffee shop" training - which is a personal, individual course then it is (obviously) just for one so the maximum number is one for coffee shop or at your desk courses. If you want two or more people on those course please contact to discuss and there will be a charge for each person..

Yes - travel costs  from  Hemel Hempstead are usually added. If the travel to your place means that there has to be overnight or longer stays then there will be accommodation costs added. . There are no other hidden costs. There is no VAT as we are not registered.

A computer with the program oftware loaded onto it. It is best if everyone has their own. For some exercises we do them together but people learn and explore the program in different ways. 

It is self-selecting but we think that some is experienced if they have used the program for 2 months or more and use the program on a weekly basis for about  2 or 3 times or more a week. If you use it regularly say fortnightly or once a week then you could think yourself intermediate user. 

Yes. It may mean an overnight stay depending on whereabouts in Wales or Scotland. One way round this extra cost  is to fix up afternoon courses.

Yes. and for in house training and internet training there are no hidden charges or  admin. charges.  We only buy tickets before the training day with prior agreement with you and so we may ask for those costs. If you cancel with very short notice (7 or less days) and we have booked a room in a hotel and they charge us then we will pass those costs on. This applies to all types of training - "coffee shop" or in house training. But we won't  charge for the administration of it all at our end. 

Yes. Please contact us and ask for one. From 2012 we will keep records of attendance and intend having an atendance certificate you can download but before Jan 2012 we did not. So write and we will write back asking you for details and then fill it out for you and send it to you.
